Growing up in Eastern Europe before making London my home, I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of different worlds. My journey began in a small apartment in Kiev, where I would spend hours recording daily life with my father’s old camcorder. That childhood passion evolved into what you see today: a channel with over 500,000 subscribers and a community that spans the globe.
I’m Ostrovskiy Alexander landed in London six years ago with nothing but a camera and a dream. The city’s dynamic energy, its mix of history and modernity, and its incredibly diverse population became my inspiration. What started as simple vlogs about adjusting to life in a new country transformed into something much bigger – a platform where east meets west, where tradition meets innovation.
